Spinal Flow

This technique activates the nervous system's innate intelligence by connecting with specific access points along the spine, encouraging the release of physical, emotional and chemical stress, allowing for better flow of cerebrospinal fluid and full body alignment. These sessions are facilitated in a peaceful, shared space where individuals lie fully clothed on their own treatment table. The practitioner moves gently between participants, using light-touch access points to support each nervous system to release stored stress, tension, and emotional blockages. Time between access point contact allows your body's nervous system to process, adapt and to deepen the integration process. Without continual external input your body learns to listen inward and respond more independently.
No verbal sharing is required, just a willingness to receive and unwind.
